The rules are:

Name my avatar in my picture. After you awnser the question, the next person has to try to guess who the next avatar who just replied is or its setting or place.

The only time you don't guess avatars is if someone is replying to confirm a right or wrong guess. *confirm

(Do not reply if you have not set a picture avatar please).

FinalBaton's is Takumi, the protagonist of Initial D... which would be a pretty fun anime if Itsuki weren't so goddamn obnoxious.
