Thunder Force V gone from Japanese PSN? (edit: now returned)

To my surprise, Thunder Force V is missing on the PlayStation Store. This page's link goes nowhere.

When was it removed? Is there anything else of interest I missed, or will if I don't scramble to buy it?

Actually a re-release, heed the warning about duplicate purchases. They answered my question about the date it disappeared too.
