The Punisher?
Eproms placement is not the usual one and the eproms are not originals. Any help please?

Looks like original mask roms to me.
The eproms which are not original are because the board is desuicided and runs without a battery

Both eprom arrangements are valid for an original.
As pointed out above, it has the original mask ROMs. Besides that, it is an original cps1.5 qsound board.
