Good game this.. Pretty hard, but could kill an hour or two if your bored at work or something. My friend beat me on todays puzzle so I gave up.

Each line of 9, either vertical or horizontal has to include numerics 1-9.. Each square of 9 has to also include 1-9.. The green numbers cannot be changed, hence the real problem.

If you solve a square you get a green light in the middle, if you solve a row or column the green light on the edge lights up. But eventually you will run into problems since some numbers will be blocked by greens or be duplicated elsewhere.. pretty tough, but intriguing game.
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.

I've done a few of these, but not recently. It's a nice little mental challenge. I happen to like the one at miniclip.com (they give you three puzzles of different levels a day, and have a nice easy interface.

yeah i like those.

meaning - once i figured out how best to solve them, i get bored and don't do any more.

i think my method was just to use the 'must be the numbers 1 - 9 in each row (up and down), once each' rule, as you just scan each line and fill them in that way, and don't duplicate any numbers 1-9 in each subsquare either.

it must be more fun online, cause you needn't write any in lightly while you are figuring what ones best fit - the computer tells you when its right!
