Hibachi is in ichimen bancho

I have been playing ichimen bancho recently. I have found a real lack of info on requirements and game content. After opening several new levels I fought the sai dai ou jou boss at the end however now the fight is over the levels are randomly "greyed out" only playable randomly every few credits. I have included athe names of the stages I have unlocked....
Stage 1
Stage 2
Stage 2-1
Boss 1
Boss 2
Boss 1-2
Ex-1
Ex-2
Ex-3
Stage 1 (ma-chi-da)
Stage 2 (a-tsu-gi)
Stage 1 boss (ma-chi-da)
Stage 2 boss (a-tsu-gi)
Stage 1-2boss
Somehow after these is fought the boss from the end of sai dai ou jou with the "washing machine" patterns.
I have a screen shot but my iPad will not let me upload. This may be common knowledge but I could not find much info. To open the next level you have to get over 85%. To get the next difficulty (goes right up to red made, through hid and maniac). you have to no miss any stage.
Good game that has a lot more content than at first glance. If anyone knows how to repeat thes boss fights please let me know as they are now greyed out again?. Any info would be appreciated. I could not find a bancho thread other than a bit in the "cave is dead" forum. Thanks.

Inbachi is in this game. She's in the 3rd stage of the 3rd series of stages (which have japanese at the end of their names). That 3rd stage starts with a fight against Hibachi. If you've no miss hibachi (and everything prior to that if you did a stage 1-3 or boss 1-3 run), you face inbachi.
