Wow it was really hard to get to sleep last night. Too much to process. It is a brave new world.
And those of you who don't think Trump could be an two term president.... really? We said the same thing about W. And it needs repeating: don't underestimate Trump. No one thought he'd be president when this started (even I thought he'd lose to Hillary until the debates started and I paid more attention to Hillary's strategy of not trying to win). He may be an unstumpable monster.
The democrats keep selecting worse and worse candidates. Kerry did worse than Gore. Clinton did worse than Kerry. You think they can't do worse than Clinton? They can do worse than Clinton. The next guy they select will shine Trump's shoes for him, join in on his disparagement of the Mexicans and Muslims, and croon things like "Oh, Mister Trump,
you're so strong!"
Because that's the "moderate" position, now.
The primaries for the representative of a party are the most important election. Participate in them. Trump didn't win just last night. Hillary lost March 15. It was a coin flip going in. Not so after the state is observed, with the smug benefit of hindsight.
This concession speech better be the most humiliating and apologetic one in human history.
Oh boy, crazy shit. How did Hillary drop the ball in the Midwest?
You're talking about Michigan and Wisconsin?
That's not too hard to explain. They're the area we dump all our Muslim immigrants and refugees. Hillary Clinton is not very popular with the Muslim immigrant population. For obvious reasons.
Bush in 2000 won Florida thanks to the muslim vote (and many other shenanigans). A pro-war Democrat is cutting off their own feet.
Pennsylvania is the most incredible fuck up. It's a swing state that never swings.

Sort of proves Trumps point about her leaving the African community hanging once she gets their vote then comes back in 4 years.
Tell me about it. Those people believed in her, the very least she could do is show up, say "I'm sorry I let you down; this isn't the end for democrats we'll get'em next time" and wave them out. Even Mitt "Didn't Write a Concession Speech" Romney had the class to do that much for his people.
But it's not about them or us: it's all about her.
Teachout and Feingold lost thanks to her. I fucking knew this would happen. Thanks Obama! *spills cheetos*
I hope Jimmy Dore and all the other people who were encouraging third party protest votes were right and this brings down the Republican party. Because I see the next four years for them as something akin to those shows on Nickelodeon where a kid in Toys 'R Us was given a shopping cart and 5 minutes to scramble through the store and stuff as much in their cart as possible and if they reach the checkout counter in time, they keep everything.
Oh jesus, and "we" were given the same opportunity in 2008 and squandered it all.
If we can get our heads out of our asses and pick a human being instead of the corporate lizard they try to force down our throats, get another 2008 style landslide, hopefully get one chamber in two years (might be possible without the anchor of Hillary making those races kick into hardmode), then things can get far better than they ever would have under Clinton.
*If*.... I hope so too.
