Lady Anne Bothwell's lament (Baloo my boy).
If you know it, give this performance a listen. It's exquisite. If you don't know it, do yourself a favour and avoid like the fuckin plague.
(Particularly if, like me, your Irish. Doubly so, if your near the "sup")

So awesome. Been waiting too long for some new Mitch Murder. He nails the FM synth / office / elevator / background side of 80's tunes better than anyone.

Following this, listened to Symphonic Suite Dragon Quest Scene-Separated I~IX.
Great stuff. It's a shame such a great composer denies war crimes committed by his country.

Falcom Sound Team JDK- Evildoer (Xanadu Next's final boss BGM)
Anything JDK does is some degree of good. That said, this is probably one of their best works.

Amazing VGM-inspired album. Track 9 looks like something Falcom JDK would do.

I know this will sound hypocritical considering Little Annoyed Hell, but I think you're posting in this thread too much.

Far from it, you've been posting some great stuff - I've had that Le Flex album on my mp3 player all week. (his liner notes are hilarious too!)

I've been listening to Primus all morning (currently on the Frizzle Fry album), it's one of those bands where I enjoy it but have to be in a certain mood to listen to it. It's puddin' time children!

I actually really like myrone, I've wanted one of their long sleeve shirts but never bit the bullet and it sold out.

cool fun fact, they're actually on ghost ramp with wavves, trash talk, antwon and steep leans.

the shirt I wanted:

Vangelis - Rosetta
It was ok, i guess. I prefer his old work from the late 70's and 80's, like the Blade Runner soundtrack.

Lots of J-jazz lately.

Currently Ryu Fukui's Mellow Dream.

Pretty pleasant.

I listened to this album at work last night and got this one stuck in my head. Scorpions/Judas Priest/Thin Lizzy-style rock/heavy metal

Thunder Force VI/Tamayo Kawamoto - "Cerberus 2" - It sounds more R-Type/Last Resort/Pulstar than Thunder Force, but I wouldn't swap it out for anything else.

10cm Shihou no Aozora/Tamayo Kawamoto - "10cm Shihou no Aozora (Blue sky as if drawn in picture)" - One of Tamayo's later works with Zuntata.

And right now, Vangelis' ending theme to Blade Runner. Sure sounds like Hitoshi Sakimoto was inspired by this when working on Soukyugurentai's BGM. Great stuff.

Owlboy Soundtrack
As Some-Mist mentioned on the "What [not shmup] game are you playing now?" topic, it is top notch. You can listen to some tracks on it's Bandcamp page and buy it there.
