BVM-D24E1WU - Horizontal shift issue

Everything is shifted horizontally maybe 1/3 of the screen to the right. Sync is set to external, everything is seemingly set identically to my D20F1U, but I still can't get it to display properly. I've tried horizontal adjust and it doesn't affect the image enough to put it in place. Same cables, same consoles, just a different monitor.
