Interesting Dreamcast video hiccup.

I've two Dreamcasts again. DC one is hooked up in the living room (Hanzo VGA), and DC 2 is in the bedroom (flat tube CRT via S-Video).

We live in a three room apartment and there are DC's in two, I'm living the dream:D.

They're both domestic while I still wait for my import (long story), they're quiet as far as DC's go, and DC one in the living room (VGA) works flawlessly, DC 2 on has a strange issue:

When I hook it up to the Hanzo I get no VGA output. The Hanzo lights up, and there is sound, but I get a no signal message on the TV.

I've tested them both on the Hanzo with the same game.

This isn't a huge issue as I can play both, but more of a curiosity.

Anyone have any ideas? My Google Fu has yielded nothing. I'm guessing something is wonky on DC 2's video board?
