Neo Geo CMVS video cable problem

Hello, I recently acquired a custom Neo Geo CMVS and the scart cable it came with no longer functions correctly, the image output on all of the screens I have tested "wobbles" horizontally every few seconds. I have tried to repair the cable but the result is the same.
In order for you to answer my question, I will likely need to provide more information, but where can I buy a replacement cable, or find someone to get it for me, mod it for me if need be?

I have been told that:
The pinout is standard R G B + Sync + Audio L, Audio R

and that it is probably similar to the analogue interactive RGB scart cable,

The unit is in Europe to be used on EU scart socket TVs.

I would greatly appreciate help as I have gone to great lengths to attempt repairs, search for a replacement cable, purchased at least one cable that is incompatible, as I would love to play with my new toy

you dont want sync on luma cable. The mvs Puts out RGBS. you need an R G B SYNC cable.
