BVM 20F1U rotating a few seconds after turning on?

Hi,

I had a BVM 20F1U delivered today that is having a rotation/tilt problem (the screen is dipping slightly to the right-hand side).

I know the settings to fix this are ROTATION, H KEY, and H KEY BAL. I've tried messing around with ROTATION (which was set to the highest value of 200). Interestingly, setting the ROTATION value to 0 seems to fix the problem... for a few seconds. After a few seconds I hear a click noise, and the display pops back to the tilted image. To apply the ROTATION setting I'm hitting the Degauss button... not sure I'm supposed to do that or not, but I do notice if I don't hit Degauss I see no rotation change no matter what I adjust the setting to.

Is something wrong with my BVM? Or am I just making a rookie mistake?

edit: I was able to fix the issue by going into the Maintenance menu (default password: 1111), going to the E Board settings, and adjusting the Rotatation setting there. It was a lot more flexible than the Rotation setting in the Alignment menu.
