Help a PVM newb get his SNES working!

Hey guys. I just decided to get a set up and after waiting two weeks for the cables to come in from Europe for RGB SCART I'm running into some issues. First off I got an Olympus OEV143 (a rebranding of one Sony Trinitron PVM) and when I turn on the console I'm getting large horizontal white lines that scroll the screen and no video input from the SNES.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated and if you need more pictures or videos don't hesitate to ask.

Have you tried your other RGB inputs? Possible that the sync isn't working on the secondary RGB inputs. Check your connections from the SCART cable to your BNC adapter, they can be finicky from time to time.
