Ok. So, I was browsing eBay and I can't figure out what's going on with this Power Blade 2 cartridge. First of all, it looks like some kind of potent solvent was spilled directly into the cart and onto the PCB. Yet, the PCB isn't damaged. ???
What I'm really concerned with: the chip in upper left corner is not mounted/aligned the way I expect. It needs 9 pins on the left side to be properly mounted. ???
Anybody else think it looks fishy?

Never mind It's just the angle of the pic, shadow, and blurriness. The board looks legit.
