Very wishful thinking here, but I hope they can do a proper new TF game instead of what VI turned out to be.

At least III on 3DS might have some cool feature, like maybe the claw orbit button they added to Styx mode in IV (the one that simulates the "Roll" pickup from TFII, except it isn't temporary)

I look at this as exciting news. I'm just happy these games will be released on some modern platforms rather than being stuck in the realms of old hardware. Not all of us have a Sega Genesis and Saturn sitting around to play them. If Sega decides to do a new game, then even better! In a perfect world, they would do a new one in the same style as Sonic Mania is shaping up to be, and bring back some of the old guys from Technosoft to contribute. I'd imagine Toshiharu Yamanishi and Takeshi Yoshida, Naosuke Arai wouldn't mind contributing a few tracks for a new Thunder Force game
