Sorry for the shitty quality. I was literally flipping through channels when I saw this dude playing games at Mikado. Grabbed the camera, and hit record. Breaks are because of commercials.

You'll forgive me if I don't know the exact definition of a manbun.

I'd say the guy both looks and sounds extremely Finnish.
