Shanghai Alice translations.
Do any exist? Not merely translations of the text, but in-game translation. I know one has been made for Perfect Cherry Blossom, but I have been unable to find any other ones.

Hit up http://www.shrinemaiden.com . I believe the patch work on EoSD and Imperishable Night has stalled a bit, but they'll be done eventually.
