Is this a scratch in my monitor screen?

I was carefully cleaning the screen of my BVM-A20F1M earlier this week with a fiber cloth and some 50-50 water/isopropill alcohol mix, there's a weird stain on the screen that casts a black shadow when the monitor is off. I can't remove it.

At first I thought it was dust, but I can't feel anything strange when touching the surface with my finger.

However, when I see some irregularity in the image in that specific place when the monitor displays white colors, is this a scratch ? can it be fixed? I see my monitor does not differ much from the BVM-D20F1E, and that one has an anti glare screen, maybe I should try to remove it to see if this gets reed of this?
