i have the ram adapter hvc fmr 03, on original famicom i have low volume on bios and floppy games....years ago worked fine. the famicom have no problem in sound with normal cart game and with edn8 with exp audio games too.
i checked the connections on U5 and they are ok. can be this component? the floppy games are still working fine but the sound is low.
i changed 1x 47uf 2x 1uf 2x 0,1uf 25v nothing changed...help

I remember watching an ancient Nico Nico video that went through all the Famicom console revisions (and the Sharp Twin Famicom, which I was interested in at the time) and there were varying audio volumes for expansion audio for each hardware revision. Seems unlikely since you said it was fine before, but the problem could be on the console end- what did you replace the caps in, the FDS or the Famicom?

Also do you have any carts with expansion audio and do they sound fine?
