Xbox 360 and Extron Issue

I'm having trouble getting my 360 and my Extron box to cooperate. I have a VSC 100 that's supposed to take a VGA signal (from 360 via OEM VGA cable) and downscale to 480i over either RGB, S-video or Composite. It works fine on S-Video/Composite, but the RGB signal that it outputs appears to be 31KHz instead of 15KHz. My PVM-3230 won't sync to it, but my Asus PC monitor, which doesn't do 240p, will.

I also have a RGB 190 unit that I was hoping to feed the signal from the VSC 100 to get 240p via the method described here. I tried feeding it a SCART signal, but I had sync issues there as well, prob because the 190 expects RGBHV and not RGBs.

Any ideas?

I don't have component cables. Plus trying to stay RGB.

Nevermind, I hooked the 100 up to another PVM and it worked. Not sure what I did wrong the first time. So at least that works.

The power supply on my 190 went though. Can't win I guess. I'll wire up another soon.

What? The Xbox 360 can do 480i over RGB, Component, S-video, and composite.

Why would you want to run it through a VSC first?

Read my OP. This is about trying to get 240p out of a 360. I'm trying the cheaper 2-box solution.
