[Q] New to CRT RGB modding. Where to start?

I have a Panasonic FP360 chassis + tube that I just picked up, and I found the service manual for it:

I don't know much, but the OSD seems to be RGB (it has pictures with white in it, and it shows up very clearly). I'm seeing RGB out on the Jungle IC (along with H and VSync), but no RGB in. How would I go about connecting RGB and blanking the OSD? I would also like to install a switch so I can still use the OSD as normal if possible.
