BVM-20F1U Screen Size Adjustment?

Hello. I have a BVM-20F1U that I use to play NES, SNES and Sega Genesis via RGB. It works fine, but there is something that has been bugging me a little. The display does not fill out the screen completely, so there is this blank border around the picture. Actually it is not completely blank, it changes color based on the picture. So, for example, if I am playing Super Mario Bros., the first level will give a sky blue border and the second level will give a black border. I can change the aspect ratio, but the display still does not fill out the screen. It is not a huge deal, but it would be nice if I could change it, especially since I have seen pictures and videos of BVMs without this.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I might adjust this? Any advice is much appreciated! Thank you!
