Is Hacha Mecha Fighter properly emulated?

I don't do a whole lot with emulators so I don't know where else to look up the answer to this question. AntiEmu people, fear not. I own the board and have no intentions of emulating it even if the answer turns out to be "yes".

It is playable with MAME, but the Background is totally messed up, and it has sound glitches. I guess it´s ok if you just wanna shoot stuff, but it´s nowhere near "properly". Why even bother if you have the board, if you don´t mind me asking?

I'll be posting an article at TFP in the next few days about Hacha and I don't wanna say "Still not properly emulated" if it is actually properly emulated.
