Firefox's 64-bit build isn't easily available from some of their site URLs (it's on the Get Firefox page, at least), nor are the installer or About page descriptive in this regard. A shame because program start and quit seems much faster, as do some page transitions.

SONY PRODUCTS BEING COMPLETE SHIT

$2000 projector, 24 hours use time on the clock, display flooded with what appears to be liquid (but isn't) for no good reason. After repair, 2 uses: first fine, turn on the second time to find jailbars all over the image. Just want to bin it really. Piece of shit. Sony only make game consoles to last, everything else has a very discreet detonation device inside designed to fuck you over in a short space of time.

Apparently using Adblock with Pale Moon on YouTube will cause videos to straight up crash if there was supposed to be an ad playing.

DP motion is probably one of the most fun things for me, so much so that I wish it was in more genres  Something very satisfying about it to me.

Hello. I am riding a bicycle.

That means that I don't have to obey any traffic laws, from stop signs to one-way traffic. Just because there is a bike path running alongside this street does not obligate me to stay within the bike path. I have total access to streets and sidewalks, free to be a hindrance to drivers and a menace to pedestrians equally.

Also never, ever forget that I'm morally superior to you.
Two working class dudes, one black one white, just baked a tray of ten cookies together.

An oligarch walks in and grabs nine cookies for himself.

Then he says to the white dude "Watch out for that black dude, he wants a piece of your cookie!"

honestly, this
if you're on a sidewalk, you have to obey the rules of being a pedestrian
if you're on the road, you have to obey the same fucking laws of being on the road
Most of where I drive where I see regular cyclists [Boca], they aren't too bad -- mildly worrying at times, but they're not too miserable to be around.

Fuck most cyclists in major cites though.
which is a shame, because cycling is probably one of the better ways to get around in a city

I spent like a month trying to teach a buddy of mine how to do a DP, he only managed to get it out once in like ten tries.
Spent a week doing the same with my GF -- she did better [heck, she's almost consistent, but she freezes up any time she needs to do it on reaction because she's new], but it's still a particularly weird input for new players.

It's a satisfying motion to input though.

Oh yeah, what are you gonna do about it, flatten us like a stack of pancakes?? From spending a decent amount of time on bike paths, there is certainly a wide range of cyclist types, from the Tour de France commuter to the homeless drunk with stolen girls bike. I'm sure I've made some errors, but am always conscious of the danger of being flattened.

Think about it this way then - many (most?) places are extremely bike unfriendly. Too slow for the street, too fast for the sidewalk. The odd vehicle out, despite being a quiet, clean, much less destructive and much less traffic jamming way of quickly getting from local place A to local place B. So inaccessibility is probably my #1 bike related grievance. The Netherlands has it figured out.

Little car things that annoy the hell out of me:

The attitude that car fatalities (30,000+ a year in the US alone) are just a part of life because there is no transportation alternative to having everyone driving moon distances. Slightly less serious, but cars with names like DENALI, RAM, TUNDRA, EXPLORER. Dude, your shit sounds like a chainsaw and smells like a burning oil rig. None of that evokes these majestic, outdoorsy things.

I tried to ride my bike on the road once. People kept honking at me like I was in their way, even though I was as close to the edge of the road as I could possibly be. It's on my list of "shit to never do again" now.

I can do it fairly consistently from a neutral situation, but when trying to do them in combos I tend to just spaghetti all over the place. I also have a harder time doing them to the left than to the right.
It is pretty satisfying to pull off (I wouldn't want to cast Randy's lightning spell any other way), but the overlap with the regular Quarter-circle command can be regrettable sometimes. It's pretty bad when you even see tournament pros lose the occasional match getting a DP when they wanted fireball and vice versa.

The trick to road cycling is to cycle as far away from the curb as you can while still feeling safe. Makes us more visible to drivers, and you get less tossers scraping past with exactly 4mm of leeway. Never cycle on the pavement unless it's free and you have to, and FUCKING SIGNAL every change of lane, turning, etc. I want to be lenient on cyclists since they're not the ones blasting around cities in fossil fuel guzzling deadly metal wombs, but I have seen so much absolutely terrible cycling since moving to this city. Red light jumping and ignoring the highway code really annoy me too, partly because it's dangerous to everybody, but also because it gives cyclists a horrible reputation.

Cycling proficiency (learning to not curb hug, signalling every turn, basic stuff) should be mandatory in schools.

Cambridge is somewhat famous for its fascination with pushbikes. Shame none of them understand how to ride them. My favourite is the "at speed, undertakes a large vehicle which is signalling left then wonders why they end up under it". And of course the carefree "pedestrian area? I'm finally free of the automobile menace, now bow before me you inferior walking types".

I hate cyclists almost as much as I hate motorists. Tin can of death COMING THROUGH MOTHERFUCKAS.

Beef on the internet.

It's like everyone who has once tried beef in their lives suddenly becomes an expert on the topic on how long it should be cooked, how often it should be flipped, how hot the temperature should be set, what seasonings should be used, and so on. No matter where you are on the internet, someone already has their own idea of good and bad beef, and is willing to fight with everyone to the death over how beef should be cooked. Godwin's Law doesn't have anything on beef.

Getting an ebay ship confirmation, and then searching the tracking number and it says "label created". Printing the shipping label is not the same thing as shipping it out the door....it hasn't gone anywhere yet, and might not for several days depending on the seller.

So you were actually talking about people thinking they know it all about beef, and not just saying a super clever about the metaphor?

Where exactly are you that people are arguing about beef all day?

Somehow an EYE: Divine Cybermancy co-op game turned into a heated debate about beef.
I don't know how these things keep happening.

I'm guilty of this. Only because I cant be bothered to log back into Paypal and update exactly whats happening with your package for the 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th time. It's just too time / labor intensive. When you get "shipped", it most likely just means "wheels in motion".. I usually do heaps of labels one night, pack everything up on the 2nd, and then ship the next morning. Rinse. Repeat. I easily ship 25 packages a week, and being a one man operation I just don't have the time. And honestly, I don't think most people care. I've never heard any complains aside from yours. 99% of people are happy if I have stuff out within a week, and I usually take ~3 days.

Since they changed their interface, the Paypal website is amazingly shitty. I hate it.

My guess is ebay is automatically firing off e-mails when the label is created. I don't have a problem with the speed people send stuff out unless something major happens....3-5 days is usually expected. My annoyance is caused by the excitement I get when I think something is shipped, but then I track it and it won't get dropped off/picked up for several days LOL.

I can definitely see where the sellers are coming from, especially if it's a small operation.....I just wish ebay/amazon/etc. would update their email-bot to hold the confirmation email until the tracking number goes into the shipping carrier's system instead of when the label is created so there's not this purgatory of having a tracking number that doesn't show up in the system for a day or two. I could swear I've sold a guitar or two on ebay several years ago and their system didn't tell the customer it was shipped until the tracking number shows it was dropped off.....I think it's a fairly recent thing.

I guess my beef with this is not so much with ebay, cuz most sellers will state in their listing "I only ship on thursdays", or "3-5 day packing time".....a lot of my frustration with actual shipping time comes from ordering things from guitar/music chain stores that claim to ship things the same day as long as the order is placed by noon eastern time. Employees of large chain music stores are often complete morons (cough..guitar center....cough) and mess things up so it adds a lot of frustration when I order something I need for a gig and I don't know for sure when it's coming.....and I definitely don't know it's the right item until I open the box LOL.

Proof that stupidity knows no limits.

Edit: I'm so glad you can block channels. Feel free to engage, but seeing the titles alone makes me cringe so hard.

Alas it was not.
You're sure to be in a fine haze about now, but don't think too hard about all of this. Just go out and kill a few beasts. It's for your own good. You know, it's just what hunters do! You'll get used to it.
