Nice one. When I watched it on Nico I noticed that the video was running slightly too fast though. The music is about a semitone higher and the game is visibly faster. Would it be worth trying to correct?

Just uploaded two #1 replays of Futari 1.01 from the XBL leaderboards. Presumably the world records for Original and Maniac modes, since there's no other way of playing this version currently. Since there are a lot of people who don't have 1.01 and thus can't watch the replays I thought it would be nice to have them in a place where everyone can see.

Not surprised by the tactical use of power-down, charge-shot, bombs for max points damage, and suicide on loop. Certainly possible to reach 2.4million though would require a little more risk on key stages.

Stage 7 mid-level & end-level bosses are selectable by positioning your fighter's hit box or cockpit with your score digits. You have to position your fighter before the boss appears on screen otherwise you get a random choice.

It's also annotated up to the start of stage 4. I wanted to annotate it fully but it's impossible to get done anytime soon in my current situation. The annotations that are there are not proof read and there are probably a lot of grammatical errors in them.

Two notes on the run I discovered while watching the replay:

1. When I watched the replay the game seemed to go faster. I didn't speed up the video it's just a mental thing. Is this a taste of how people who are really good at Psikyo games feel when they watch their replays?

2. I should have died on 2-3. A bullet goes right through my hitbox. Just take a look.

My first shmup 2-ALL no miss clear ever. Tecmo's arcade classic Raiga - Strato Fighter played on hardest difficulty without autofire. Done in february 2015. I wanted to record input in 60 fps but no luck so far so I decided to upload as it is. Sadly in 30 fps ship's shield is not displayed correctly.

Nice clear. Interesting that you didn't get the ending multiplier despite super low time and high total rank - the mystery deepens.

Also, the Mushi Ultra no miss run has been uploaded to Nico. He skips the stage 3 extend, probably because there's no benefit to taking the risk if he's going for a no-miss clear. No revelations on the TLB, unfortunately - I imagine he ground out runs until he got lucky (assuming it's not TAS).
