After watching Marry Poppins for the 1st time I jumped off the top of the garage with an umbrella.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

No, this game is not Space Invaders.

I'd say somewhere between Hillary Clinton and Richard Nixon.

Seriously though, it's not too bad. I teach piano, so it's definitely functional.

Well you can probably add your posts in this thread to the pile, but I did think your reply to xyga was sort of sweet in a naive way.

Looking at the prices now then dumb things are:

Throwing all the Masters of the Universe packaging in the trash :( . My grandma later gave away my MOTU figures to relatives in East Germany  .
Also whenever I got a video game to birthday / christmas my parents / grandparents threw away the boxes :x   .
I had a huge (German) video game magazines collection - one day I cleaned up and decided "I don't need these anymore" and threw them all out => not sure if that counts since I don't really was a kid anymore, more around 20 :P  .

That reminds me of the limited edition millennium Buzz Lightyear with chrome plating (as opposed to green) that I have. It has a broken communicator cover, and tons of scratches on his helmet from when I would smash rocks into it pretending they're asteroids.

I'm almost positive that if it weren't for that, I'd be able to sell it for a fairly sizable amount. If not now, then in a few years or so.

I also have this old castle toy with gold and black colored knights that's worth a fair bit, but the king of the black knights has his axe broken off. This is even worse, because I've seen this particular item on a list of things toys worth a lot of money and I know collectors are stingy about those imperfections. I'm just sorta guessing with Buzz, but for this one I saw an actual selling price! :(

I wonder if a hardcore Disney fan vandalized Toy Story displays at stores and maced a Toys-R-Us employee over it.

Sometime in the late 90's I used AOL's name generator for the chat rooms, it gave me the name "Septic Tank". I had no idea what a septic tank was at the time, but I thought it was pretty cool... Till someone pointed it out to me. Laughed at by strangers in an AOL chatroom for not knowing what a septic tank is...

Surely someone else here watched the WCW vs NWO era of wrestling. Well I thought Sting was pretty cool aye, pointing a baseball bat at people and shit, so I took a tape measurer into school one day and got into a little dispute with a girl who wasn't overly fond of me. So with a menacing glare (about as menacing as a 9 year old could manage anyway) I extended the tape measurer... Pointed it at her like Sting and tried to whip her with it. I'm pretty sure it missed, but I remember her hissing and snarling at me (...like a cat) as I piss-bolted.

Finally. Used to pretend to be a black girl in Runescape circa 2001, someone saw right through my act and threatened to tell my parents, I believed them, gave them my password (fuck knows why) and... Well. I lost my account of course.

And about a million other stupid things that resulted in me becoming a recluse as I got older.

I remember my first troll. I was about 12 when I got access to an early version of the Prodigy online service. The client ran in DOS and I don't think it was even connected to the internet at that time. So anyway, I went to their tech support page and asked how babies are made.

As for other stupid things, there were some instances of pointless destruction, acting like a dick for no reason, assaulting my little brother, stuff like that. One time on a class field trip, I threw a Walkman out the school bus window which then travelled into the open window of another school bus as it passed by (definitely a 1-in-1000 shot). The teacher was very unhappy about this. Later we had a conversation about it in the principal's office which made her even more unhappy because I kept saying that it was already broken before I threw it out the window and it didn't hit anybody so who cares? lol

I'm actually going to take a beginner Japanese course in August.

I bought Desert Strike for the SMS when I had the chance to buy Power Strike II. I loved the first game so much I didn't think the sequel would live up to it, and the plot was totally different so I wasn't interested. And Desert Strike was hot property at the time and HOLY SHIT THEY DID AN SMS VERSION MUST BUY!

On this forum:
-Being a total fucking whiny ungrateful male-bitch to Skips to the point where he PM'd me telling me not to contact him ever again

On the internet, other than this forum:
-"Trolling" on XKCD Forums, then trying to use the same account to be a regular user, getting banned, making more accounts until I finally got IP banned (my parents switched internet providers, so I can access it again)

IRL:
-Getting permabanned from Game Underground last year for being a total fucking retard
-Locking all the camp counselors at this daycamp I hated out of the main building when I was 10 after being inspired by Calvin and Hobbes
-Tons more I don't even want to share

EDIT: Took out stuff everyone already knows

Sorry if I'm being a bit blunt about this, but you might blend in a little better if you didn't constantly remind us of your past embarassing moments here and of the fact that you're underage.

Yeah, I should probably stop doing those things. That "tutorial" you wrote on how to become Japanese was fucking hilarious, though.
