This was brought up before in another thread actually... but I'm not about to scour the forum looking for it.

It makes sense though... MileStone ported Chaos Field to GC and PS2 after the DC release, so it follows they'd repeat that with Rajirugi.

Yeah, as much as I love my DC, it's nearly dead at this point, so I prefer to get versions of games on more readily replaceable hardware.

The GC choice doesn't sound so weird - as far as I know it, the Ikaruga GC version sold well in Japan, even though the majority of shmuppers around the world tend to prefer the PS2 version.
And just because the DC is dead or I'd prefer that version above any other ;p
