I'm short on cash so I don't actually bought it. A friend of mine who works with printers made the smaller posters for me based on images that i sent to him. As for the James Dean poster, I took it before the neighbor throws away. You can't tell by the picture, but have that cool 3d effect.
Hope i can show better stuff in the future, like some awesome things that i saw here. Too bad that im still just emulating everygame on the laptop (for the shmups, i use the playstation 2 controller and flip the laptop sideway for the TATE). Really looking foward to get an arcade stick!

I found a Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga Class of 81 machine locally, and the guy was really nice and practically giving it away. He was the original owner, and he said he just wanted it to go to a good home... so it did. The side art is in perfect condition, although it does look a bit cheap up close, but the 25" monitor looks beautiful.

Found a copy of Gaiares yesterday at a local game store I frequently visit. It has some previous rental stickers on the case and cartridge that I need to figure out how to remove, but $40 isn't bad for a boxed copy.

My sister and I used to play Ms. Pac Man, at my dad's laundromat. That brings back a lot of memories.

I'm so old. :(

And really started to ramp up collecting Super-Play Laserdiscs:

Some of the inserts with these discs are really nice, and the videos themselves are pretty cool too :)

Agreed. I used to play Ms. Pac-Man in a pizza parlor all the time when I was growing up.

Don't worry about it. You can travel from the Milky Way to Andromeda and back 1500 times before the sun explodes.

Wii CC-s are wired Wiimote extensions, like the Nunchuck.

What's so special about the Storybook Edition? Is the content of the actual game any different?

Those controllers are fucking beautiful. How do they play? I've heard mixed responses when it comes to 8bitdo's D-pads.

the d-pad is pretty much identical to the original NES or Famicom controllers.

Haha, yeah I picked it up from my friend Wally. While I do like this machine, $3000 is ridiculous. But for $200, it's hard to say no.

Good stuff! Only one of those I don't own myself is Tumble Pop (GB)... I really only know it from the arcade soundtrack it shares with Wolf Fang. What an odd pairing.

I like Tumblepop so far, though it's slower paced than I would like. It does have solid level designs, nice graphics, and incredible music (love that Data East sound engine). It feels oddly unpolished in some ways. One time, a level didn't end when all enemies were defeated and the game over screen oddly has "game over" in the upper left of the screen.

No, it just comes in a nice box set. I almost never get box sets, for games. But this one, and Ni no Kuni, are pretty aces.

^ I got a lovely thank you package from NIS with the Vita version and PS4 Storybook LE as above, but fuck me, the German rating symbol... Huge and yellow. They really know how to fuck up a perfectly beautiful thing. Is there no possible way they could do a redesign? :?

One of the reasons, why I often imported UK and US versions of PS360 games. It annoys a lot of people here. Sadly there's not many publishers who avoid the problem by providing dual covers, since it naturally costs them more. And with such a box, it's naturally not a possible solution (though maybe an obi like paperstrip could have helped?).
Hm, hope there's a chance to get the some of the art prints and other stuff seperately elsewhere. Only got the diorama and artbook with my japanese version and didn't consider the japanese LE, since it seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered. That slipcase for the game looks really nice as well and I normally don't really care for this kind of stuff.

It used to be much smaller and inauspicious, but after the last teenage murder rampage at a school politicians were like "the reason must be that violent videogames aren't marked clearly enough". :|

Of course the fact that the kid has easy access to his dad's rifle collection had nothing at all to do with it...

Either Kamitani took some human anatomy lessons after Dragon's Crown, or he looked to someone who had for guidance. Although, in all fairness, I didn't have much problem with the majority of artwork originally accompanying Odin Sphere, even back then some of the bustier ladies were rendered awkwardly in the very game.

Or it just isn't the same style as Dragon's Crown. The heavily exaggerated anatomy in that was clearly intentional.
