Light guns and the Extron Crosspoint

I'm getting a PVM this week and want to connect all my RGB consoles to it through my Crosspoint.

Will light gun games still work? I've seen videos of them working on PVMs, but will they still work when adding the Crosspoint to the mix?

The Crosspoint is just a switch, it won't do anything to the signal.
