It sure is dissapointing to see that something with "Huge RPG-style upgrade system with lots and lots of upgrade choices" and "permanent RPG upgrades" have 85% of these choices be one-time-use items and one-time-use items accessories. I expected a bit more of skill trees and +4 STR belts.

Have you tried collecting the Drones? combining them, fusing them?
The consumable items are there, but they are nothing like 85%
