I bought an Atari Jaguar off eBay. The console powers on with a game in but, but I'm getting no video or audio. I've tried RF and RGB through a Framemeister and a PVM. I've cleaned the game, the cartiridge slot, and the AV "port". I've used two scart cables and several RF cables. I do not have the original power supply, but I've used a Genesis Model 1 and a retrodcpowered one and the console powers on with both. None of the capacitors or chips look like they've blown. I have no clue where to go with this.

Any ideas? (I have a multimeter if there's any points/connections/voltages I should check).
