Not sure if it's any good but I find it pretty funny that somebody had the dedication to go trough with it. Release date seems to be somewhere in July.
Sadly, it looks it'll have the same problems as the 8-Bit Music Power cart that was released a while ago. Which means it might not work in all legitimate Famicoms (but might work in some pirate clones) and in a worst case scenario could even damage the system.

Something to do with the way the cart was built. There's a thread about it over at Famicom World, here.

It's actually an "old" game from 2013 just re-released, maybe with some changes to justify the DX.
The Japanese haven't gone to great lengths when it comes to Famicom homebrew. There's Blade Buster which is pretty damn good, but very little else (or they're hiding them from us filthy gaijins). Meanwhile there's plenty of NES homebrews and extensive hacks, some of them quite excellent.
