Accessing Rammstein's "Rosenrot" content.

I just picked up Rosenrot and have been wondering about the extra content. The packaging states:

*Please note you will need an All Code DVD player to view. European CD/DVD (PAL/Region 0) pressing of their 2005 album.

What the hell?

Sounds like the disc is Region Free.

There is technically no such thing as a Region 0 disc that can only be played in a region 0 player.
