Kaneko Supernova region hacking?

Does anyone know if a multiregion BIOS or hack exists to run US carts on a Japanese motherboard?

Tried a US BIOS and it still just stops at the region warning screen.

The only referances I can find which could be useful are from mamedev log and ERR arcademodbios but I understand that guys work is frowned upon.

Yeah modbios is required, found out. Nobody has a problem with him doing those, it's the conversion carts which are the issue.

I had him do one for me a few months ago. Mine was for a korean board so I Could also eventually load japanese carts.

You should get the BIOS dumped to see if it's the same as the one I've been sent.

He sent me two - the first one was not workin in my situation, but I'll dump the workin one and see how that compares

Is this Bios public already? The only thing needed is to burn a new bios?

If the only way to get this is to buy it from arcademodbios i will continue to skip it, i don't "like" the majority of his work and MO...
