Sweet. Is Sol Contingency the one with randomly generated levels? Because that would be a huge turn-off for me.

Hell no, all levels stay as is
The clips on youtube are from the closed beta running on Unreal Engine 3 (UE3). However, the devs have worked their asses off to port it to UE4.
Approx 4 years in development all in their spare time.
Here is the October 2015 full developer presentation of the game, note, this is the UE3 version of the game

Here's a screenshot from UE4 version, latest build:

Nah, that's Sublevel Zero which was released a year ago.

Good, I prefer levels with more thought and care put into them. Will definitely check this out tomorrow.

This looks really cool! Never tried a 6DoF before, but it seems like something that would appeal to me.
Though it seems like this isn't a release of the full game, but rather a multiplayer only preview build; nothing wrong with that, but I'm not sure if I'm missing something here...

This is the game as is so far in the development (it was closed beta before), the single player side will be worked on next. They need more resources really to proceed further (developers, modellers), hence they have released what they have done so far.
These guys have worked on this for free in their spare time, no funds have been used.
Here's some info from one of the developers themselves, a post from last year:
