Strikers 1945ii conversion??

Post by Ex_Mosquito »

Hi there. Can anyone tell me if this is a Strikers1945ii conversion or an original? It looks a bit suspect to me. When I used to own this a few years ago it was on a single PCB much like DragonBlaze and the original Strikers1945, but this one seems to be dual layer. It also has a weird soldered wire (on the 2nd pic)

Any ideas?

It's not actually a bootleg. As you can see the bottom board is the same as the original one but some of the surface mounted flash ROMs have been replaced by a dughterboard (the top one) which contains smaller devices in size.So it's an hybrid.

I've got one of these Psikyo Strikers 1945 II PCB with a daughterboard mounted on top of the main PCB itself. Cool to learn that it's a hybrid Psikyo PCB setup then.
