such thing as a good SCART to Component adapter/converter ?

I have a CRT that I use mine with as well. You do also need to get a scart female to female coupler to go with it, they're available on ebay pretty cheap.

I use an Ambery SDV4 for this and it works great. I'm also using it with a CRT TV. Before the Ambery I got one of the cheap $50 knockoffs on ebay and t was terrible, the colors were out of whack and no amount of adjustment of the pots could get it right. The Ambery is plug and play.

The CSY looks like the exact one I have, probably the same thing. I don't think they're sold as Ambery anymore.
