there is a meet organized by some classic console and arcade forums at the pinball and arcade museum near Frankfurt in September and some serious shmup fans will be there too.

Hallo!
I am in Berlin for a while. Would anyone like to go to the Computer spiele museum in Berlin at Alexanderplatz?

In addition to all of their wonderful exhibits they have some games to play all you like; An original Pong, Donkey Kong, Asteroids and Space invaders.
Entrance is €8. It is open from 10am to 8pm 7 days a week.
I enjoy speaking German as well.

I will be in Berlin until the end of June if everything goes to plan.
It would be fun to meet someone while I am here who is shmup inclined : )
