XRGB 3 CSYNC European RGB SCART to Japanese JP21 Converter

Dear

I bought in ebay a very good European RGB SCART to Japanese JP21 Converter adapter cable with CSYNC and USb type external supply.
When I use an ac adpter power supply Samsung mobil like, it work very nice, but when I plug it on type B USB on XRGB's back no input, like if the CSYNC chip unpowered.

When I plug my XRGB 3 with PC via USB Type B back front it reconize by my PC....I dont understand....Could you help me please.

I dont think usb type B provides power...

I think too, I hoped power supply like on XRGB Mini.

This is what I was referring to on wikipedia "Unlike other data cables (e.g., Ethernet, HDMI), each end of a USB cable uses a different kind of connector; a Type-A or a Type-B. Maybe type B receives power but can not provide it.

Maybe by Csync they mean that it has a sync stripper built-in?

This is what it says:
This passive adapter will transmit any sync signal supplied by a EuroSCART cable, including "sync over composite video", "composite sync (CSYNC)" and "sync over luma".
'including'...doesn't tell me how it's made.

Anyway lots of people have that kind of converter here and it's my first seeing one that would require power, definitely unusual...
