I was wondering if the permanent Standby on my Monitors (BVM, PVM, and Consoles, too) is
healthier for their longevity than ON/OFF Switching the power Outlet?
My gut feeling tells me Standby would be better?

They're on/off switches, not standby switches.
You should not turn devices off by cutting power on the power bar while they're running.

For anything that does have a low-draw standby mode (but as Guspaz said, the PVMs I'm familiar with just are on/off) I'd turn it completely off to avoid the phantom power draw. No sense to pay for power you're not using.
I also like to unplug devices completely when they're not in use, as it's a bit of protection against any potential power surge coming in through the mains. Rare, but it's worth it. Just be sure you aren't wearing out any unreplaceable contact points when doing this, though.
