mimo genius xbox II arcade tri frequency

Hi, I wanted to buy a mimo genius box II directly manufactured for recreational candy to monitor tri frequency array with direct vga connector to the monitor, I want to know if it is a good choice for play, with mimo genius box II you can directly display image to 15 kHz arcade tri frequency monitor via the VGA input or is not directly possible and needed some cable or additional device?
