Technically by US copyright law, yes (luckily I don't live in the US). But I don't see this being the sudden financial downfall of Capcom, considering their profits are up 400% over last year:

I'd like to live in a world where people apply common sense to copyright law on BOTH sides of the fence. Currently it seems people are either uncaring warez-kiddies or over the top copyright zealots, and there's nobody in between.
