VG Pocket Game System

Post by stoneroses »

Anyone have any experience with these all in one systems (either the 50 or 75 games built in version)? Looks like a Pocket Neo Geo Color.

I am expecting the worse but 50 "classic arcade games" in a 2 inch backlit LCD caught my attention for 30 bucks. I am assuming they are bootleg versions that suck ass and are no fun but just wanted to ask.

That's exactly what they are. It's an Action 52 NES cartridge with better graphics. Basically useless to us, they exist as an item family members can buy for their four year old that wants a game system.

I have one of these for my son to mangle buttons. But, occasionally, I actually will use it when he goes to sleep or ceases to care. The thing is not that bad and the games are defintely old school related. Really, for the price it is not a bad system at all. It is mainly variations of old arcade games with different names to avoid a IP battle. My son seems to like the games, but of course, he is the only toddler who thinks Tac / Scan is the pinnacle of technology.
