8bit Music Power - Famicom cart with custom sound chip?
This Famicom cart will be released officially in a day or two. Heard the audio and visual samples in YT demo video and wondering if any of you guys know if this utilizes some special sound chip? Just can't imagine how possible it would run without the aid of some custom chip.

Video of the player only shows the five channels, so no, it doesn't look like it uses any special sound hardware.
You can do a lot with the built-in channels, especially if you hit the PCM channel hard. Here's one example of a PCM-heavy track:
