I'll also farm Zaerog8 today. The evo mat to uevo this guy are pretty hard to get. From what I understand, the fastet way to get the 3 (evoed) zaerog needed is to clear Ultimate Dragon Rush ? This dungeon is still available today, tough decision.

As for Best Friend reset, I already have a triangle ready to take place with Bastet users, nice.

Run Zaerog Infinity for skill ups. Ultimate Dragon Rush is available as a coin dungeon so there's no rush in doing it today. All coin dungeons also have a 2x drop rate bonus during this event so you'll have better luck there -- the evolved Zaerog has a low drop rate to begin with, judging by the comments on PDX.

Also, as you're pulling from the PAL machine with the 6k PAL points we get every day during this event, keep all the Super King Metal Dragons you get just in case you decide to evolve your Zaerogs from the very first stage.

Getting that Zaerog8 evolved and skilled will be a looooong way. Kudos to Necro who did it twice !

Tonight's server maintenance will allow users to pick another best friend. If someone has a hypermax Shiva Dragon I could definitely use one of those for my alt. My main typically has a hypermax Verdandi up, as well as a +297 GZL and a max skilled Sumire at around +156. I'm also working on a Shiva Dragon there, but haven't been able to evo it yet since I'm stuck on Legendary Skyway.

On my alt I'm mostly running a +297 evo'd Shiva Dragon now (still working on skill-ups as I can get the Pys for it) and a +297 Verdandi. I also have a +297 Ronia as well, but use her a lot less than I used to.

So I'm not really sure what to do right now besides wait for a chance to roll for Cao Cao, Liu Bei, or Vishnu.

I rolled the director carnival twice the other day trying to get a green valk, but I just got a dupe red Guan Yu and a yellow sticker girl.

I also decided to try and work towards evolving awoken sakuya (I have two light kalis so I already have half of my subs); I just ran descended arrival carnival and managed to get Zhou Yu for her (although I was forced to spend a stone because I wasn't paying attention and didn't see Zhou Yu cast resolve before I popped Lu Bu's active).

Might try and clear more technical dungeons to try and get that tech final boss drop for Sakuya...

I also have another best friend slot available, but I'm not sure who to spend it on...

For you Best Friend dilemma, you can try to form a Best Friends triangle with two other users, say users A,B,C :
A best friends B
B best friends C
C best friends A
This way, everyone gets 2 new Best Friends. Ask on padforums who is willing to do that with you.

Your awoken Sakuya team looks really nice. Didn't you also have a nice ABastet one ? With mine, I can clear a great lot of stuff.

Not knowing what to do this weekend, I decided to farm Legendary Seaway to skill up Rodin. This is a pain, 1/4 at the moment.

I do indeed have a Sun Quan; that means I only need one more sub for my awoken sakuya team (not sure about what though).

My current awoken bastet team is: Perseus (mainly for his active), GZL, Verdandi, and Cu Chulainn. If I can get a Liu Bei or Vishnu, I think I'll be happy with this team.

I'm also working on an awoken Shiva team, which currently consists of: Lively Banquet Liu Bei (basically red primary Liu Bei), chibi chiyome, Phoenix Rider Valen, and Ronia (who is basically filler). Thinking maybe a Cao Cao would finish up this team...

I also just ran arrival descends again, and although I had to stone again, I got the last drop needed for awoken Leilan! ...However I still require several red spirit jewels, and I'm not even sure what I would currently use her for, especially given I have many other monsters that I do currently need that require red jewels for evolution.

Awoken Leilan works very well on an Awoken Shiva team despite her not having any TPA awakenings. Her other awakenings and her active skill are very valuable to have. I would definitely use her over red Sonia. And since you have chiyome, you have a chance at fixing a bad Leilan board that has too few red orbs. Ideally you'd want to replace Valen with Cao Cao, valkyrie Femme, or Urd, but even still that Shiva team looks pretty solid.

As for the last Awoken Sakuya slot, if you're looking at another board changer, Fat Chocobo, light Kali, dark Kali, or Maeda Keiji are your options. For defense, Awoken Susano is the best choice, followed by Indra, and then by dark Izanami. For single orb changers, Elia is your best option; she is farmable, but you'd have to be a masochist to skill her up. Other than her, I'd just go with plain old Verche. Some people also use Awoken Tsukuyomi for all the extra time she provides, even though her primary attribute is dark.

Well, I had to burn two stones continuing, but I think it was worth it: I just got Fagan from that last tech dungeon!

Now I have pretty much everything I need to evolve Awoken Sakuya outside of a spirit jewel or two!

She takes so many. It took me forever to get her evolved but she's a beast once you do. Too bad I am still lacking a few key subs to really take her to the next level. I leave her up regularly cave hermit. Let me know if you have trouble finding friends that run her.

As it turns out, it seems I have all the necessary materials needed to evolve the descend bosses and Sakuya herself with the exception of one more red spirit jewel and two dub-mythlits (seems like those damn dub mythlits are always the limiting reagent for every major evolution I perform).

For my subs I have 2 light kalis, a sun quan, and a dark izanami. However, one of the kalis still needs to be evolved (which will require more dub mythlits and red spirit jewels), izanami also needs evolving (of course requiring more red spirit jewels, which happen to be the one spirit jewel I don't have in reserve), and it seems like with my current subs and team cost limit, I can only awaken Sakuya before I'll need more rank ups to raise my team limit for izanami and the dupe Kali.

Note that today in Aamir Descended, you can get a Red Jewel via Leilan invade. I already ran it 3 times and did not see her. Hope you get more luck.

Between the Pal Egg Machine and the various jewels for Descended Challenge and other places, I have more jewels than I know what to do with these days it seems.

As you might have seen, the UEvos for Blonia and Gronia are live now. I think my max skilled Blonia might be just what I need to finally get the Sumire team I've been developing off-and-on going...

Eschamali is making her debut in the next Godfest. Now I'm going to have another 6-star card to pine over and never get. I'll probably try pulling a couple of times, but I've been down on the REM lately: the last actual god I pulled was Idunn&Idunna, from the PCGF way back in November. It's been nothing but silvers and troll golds since.

My water box is very weak compared to the other attributes so I never really paid much attention to it, but today it occurred to me that I can make a pretty decent water row team: http://tinyurl.com/zwa5tad. Although I'm giving Awoken Archdemon Lucifer priority, so I won't get around to the water team for a long time, assuming it remains viable.

In other news, according to a recent Korean live stream, they'll be getting multiplayer and 3-minute stamina in their next update. NA and EU updates tend to follow very closely, so it's likely that we'll be getting those things in next Wednesday's maintenance period.

On an unrelated note, I just cleared Aamir descended for the first time!

I also cleared Mephistopheles descended for the first time the other day in its challenge descend variant.

As it turns out, Awoken Shiva is a quality leader.

I really need to lay off the Godfest rolls for a while, I've got about half a dozen cards I need to do the awoken evolutions for, and rolling more stuff certainly doesn't seem to be helping. I'm a couple of common evo materials short on Awoken Bastet, and next need to work on Awoken Freyr and Awoken Leilan.

Anyone pull anything cool this Godfest? I got a Ra, Ruel, and a dupe light PADZ dragon which I sold. Like I mentioned before, I wanted an Eschamali, so I'm ultimately disappointed that I didn't get her, even though in the back of my mind I know that the odds are stacked against me.

I'm happy with Ra because he completes the Egyptian 1.0 pantheon for me. I could make a team consisting of Awoken Ra - light Kali - light Kali - red Kali - Awoken Isis - Awoken Ra, but I don't really feel like adding another team to work on to my queue at this time. I'm also not sure how viable this team is in the face of newer content. Ruel is also new to me, but I don't have a use for her at all.

I currently own 85 stones but wont roll this godfest, waiting for Chinese and/or 3K pantheon.

Congrats on Ra, Aisha. I have one skilled up and ready to go but my team has two huge holes in it that need addressing before I can run it reliably.


I skipped the last GF and had some stones saved up so I rolled on day one. No Eschamali, but still pretty good over all. Notable pulls included:

Sun Dragon Caller Kanna

Pretty much accepted that Light Kali is never coming.

As it turns out, the last thing I need to awaken Sakuya is a single sapphire king dragon of all things.

I should probably look into farming to rank up and raise my team cost limit for this Sakuya team, although it seems that it's very difficult to kill Zeus due to all the hp he has, even with my awoken bastet and shiva teams...

At this point I'll only be rolling the REM for a chance at a key sub for my awoken teams: Cao Cao, Vishnu, Liu Bei, Susano no Mikato, or Indra.

Yup, still can't burst down Zeus using awoken bastet even with a complete combo multiplier (with active skill bonus multiplier) and GZL's defense break :/

Rolled Gadius & Akechi this morning. Neither are immediately of any use to me, but I can't complain since it is very rare for me to go 2/2 on non-dupe REM rolls these days. As a bonus I was able to simultaneously max-skill Gadius immediately and finally make a dent in my ridiculous surplus of gold keepers.

I cleared all of the challenge dungeons which, while standard for me at this point, was notable simply because C9 was godawful due to the no awoken skills stipulation. I really wish they would do away with the no awoken skills thing--I think it's as bad or worse than low cost.

I've gotten nothing useful out of this Godfest (1 roll on my main got me another dupe Fuma Kotaro, and 4 rolls on my alt got me a dupe Rozuel and a bunch of 4-star fodder.) I really need to just stop rolling for a while until I can get my Shiva Dragon teams sorted out and finish up my Awoken Leilan. I only need 1 more skill-up for the Shiva Dragon on my alt to hypermax, and I finally managed to 1-stone Legendary Skyway on my main to get Lifive to evo the one on there.) The rumor is that the update coming this week will bring 3-minute stamina to US (it's in Korea now) so hopefully that will make it easier to run some of the high-stamina dungeons more often.

On the plus side, I did manage to 0-stone my first Legend Plus (God rush on the Descended Challenge) with the Shivadra team on my alt last night. Had to be saved by ROdin's bind resist and poison to get the last hit in, but I'll take it.

It is weird how you cannot beat Zeus with Bastet. Did you simply try to take Echidna in your team ?
Also a standard devil team can do it : Sonia + LuBu bursts Zeus provided you can form 2 dark rows.

Gosh, no awoken IS hard, but I like it since it adds some challenge and forces you to build a non-standard team. I did beat last Wadatsumi thanks to your AVenus paired with mine and a lot of grinding. I have no idea how I could beat this C9 though.

By the way, did you beat Arena ?
