"100 in 1 vertical shooting"?

I just saw the most recent Excellentcom price list, and saw an entry in the multi-game category for something called "100 in 1 (vertical shooting)" selling for $329. I'm guessing this to be some sort of multigame of dubious origin, but I'm wondering if anyone here knows exactly what this is?

A skank emulator with lots of stolen romsets.

Also, unreliable (hilarious thread on ukvac not long ago with the 400-in-1).

If anybody wants this 100-in-1 Vertical board, I will sell it for cheaper than Excellentcom.
