Shipping time from China on eBay.

Especially when waiting for electronics parts.

Shallow pockets.

I just got a few bits for Xmas like track suit top/bottoms etc. The pockets are useless. I've lost money down the side of the seat of my car, my keys keep falling out. I mean if your going to put pockets on something make them deep enough that sitting down doesn't let everything drop out.

The zipper.

Had a bag for a few months now, the zipper is already coming undone from the wrong side of the slider.

I hate it when people can't distinguish whether a thing is actually bad or just not for them.

Would this include the bad games segment of AGDQ?

The social media-fication of the workplace.

My friggin company is rolling out all kinds of retarded social media functions in how we communicate and operate. We now have an internal 'facebook' site (complete with the ability to follow and like posts), leaders with regular blogs, a policy that now allows the use of twitter and Facebook on the company network, and stupid year-end incentive shit that encourages taking selfies for 'bonus points'.

Jesus Christ, we can't get away from this nonsense! It's invading the workplace now.

Getting hired as a full-time worker, then after 3 months having your employer change the definition of what entails "full-time" employment, conveniently disqualifying you and everyone else in your area.

God, I'd hoped to take a much longer respite from fellating prospective employers, but it seems I've got to get back on my knees again...

I actually don't mind the show most of the time, but the particular episode that was on when I posted this was unwatchable for me.

edit: So my college has deemed it necessary to cancel one of my classes AFTER the first day. Of course it's one of the ones I was interested in, AND its new replacement doesn't fit into my schedule. Is there REALLY any reason to cancel a class that has few students after the semester has already began?!

ALSO on the cringe comedy/horror tip! I tell you what Satori-kun, I do hate it when uptight PC dogfuckers go around censoring my humours. I'M ALAN PARTRIDGE episode where Alan is singing embarrassing old pop tune "Melting Pot" which has lyrics like "curly black and kinky/mixed with yellow chinky" - because Alan is an obliviously offensive grotesque buffoon, you see. Thank goodness the BBC (?) chopped that bit out so as to not offend anybody with Alan's offensiveness. If ever I'd like to have someone turbo-fucked with a gas-powered dildo it's the nobcheese behind such things.

This new fad of Fox News types saying a college education is worthless because there isn't a guaranteed job immediately after graduation.

I never ended up turning my BS in genetics into a job, but the day, in my senior year, one of my professors put up an excerpt from a published article from a major publication like "Science" or "Nature" (I can't remember which) and we all started picking apart flaws in the reasoning in this published paper... Ever read "Starship Troopers" with its whole right-wing idea that you should have to fight in a war to be qualified for citizenship? In that moment, when I was confidently pitting my reasoning powers on an equal level with the elite of science academia, that was the moment I realized I was truly qualified to be a citizen of a democracy.

So yeah, quit college, pay your taxes, and don't worry your pretty little head about wall street bailouts or wars or any of that other stuff, the children of rich families will figure that all out for you! Look! Here's Big Bang Theory! You don't want to be a nerd like those fictional characters, do you?

Fucking Terrorist. I hear what you're saying I don't buy into the notion education is any reflection of intelligence or that it teaches people how to think and I don't buy into these Libertarian fuckwits like Gavin McInnes and their Thatcherite neoliberal philosophy either, but the reality is, especially where I am, that graduates are working min wage jobs unless they're making apps in a code factory or have a degree in medicine. Even a law degree here gets you a fabulous job working in a call centre for an ambulance chaser for about £17K a year.
I spent the last 3 years of my last job training graduates to take calls in a call centre they thought would be a stop gap. I'm a qualified social worker. It was a two year diploma I completed in 1993 which has been somehow upgraded to a degree and I have two years of a computer science degree, and I'm a qualified chef. Everywhere I go I see job ads for graduates for retail management programs. I was a retail manager when I was 13 and I didn't have the luxury of a wages dept or a personnel dept, my kid sister has an MBA and works in a post office performing tasks an 11 year old could do whereas the dopey assholes I went to school with are bringing in £60K a year plumbing, wiring properties and fixing cars. I haven't done a days full-time work in 8 years.

A college degree is not proof of job-readiness, work ethic, or thinking ability; it is proof of submissiveness. Hirers do not want to know how "qualified" you are for a job in the traditional sense; they can teach most of the essentials of any position to just about anyone in a matter of weeks. What they DO want to know is that you've been willing to spend several years of your time and thousands upon thousands of dollars (before you even get into the loan interest on top of that) to pigeonhole yourself into ever-narrowing "career paths" solely based on the hope that one of them might notice you exist...assuming the area you're aiming for doesn't stop hiring altogether while you're earning your diploma (that's your risk to take, too!). Employers don't want "qualified" people - they want applicants who are desperate, in debt, short on alternatives, and constantly harangued by puritanical friends and relatives demanding they take the first offer they get, no matter how laughable the pay or deplorable the working conditions. Above all else, they want people who will never complain and never demand better, and that is the lesson that a contemporary college education gets you above all others.

^ This: plain truth.

A better perspective for the young though; don't study, don't bother looking for a job, don't start a business unless it's borderline-mafia (otherwise you'll pay way too heavy taxes that don't make sense to society anyway): so just freeload.

Because unless you were born a King or Norwegian the system -in every cuntry save maybe tax havens- will do everything to ruin your life anyway.
So anticipate by fucking it first, contribute to its upcoming worldwide collapse while having fun and keep your smile playing games from your couch.

But be careful: freeloading is an art, spend your twenties learning it. You don't steal the rich in broad daylight, you'll need to work your act, make plausible excuses, know how to fake a good member of society, etc.

Think about Time Crisis: the game shouts 'FREELOAD! FREELOAD!' -> you'll need to be this quick if you want to make it.

You all nailed the point wonderfully.
Can we have some natural acting or something near the natural instead of these cartoonish, neurotic people (unless the played character has issues) ?

People that use memes withouth knowing what "funny" things to say and to fill their void conversations
Things like "Yolo"; "Rekt" and other bullcrap may be catchy, but if you put that word in most of the sentences you better shut the hell up instead.
I'm not pretending comedians when I watch interent videos, as well not burning the "new leaves", but they reach such shameful levels that pisses me off in longer expositions.

People that, whenever they speak, use foreign terms that already exist in their mother language
It has sense when you speak about a specific subject with their terms in the working contest, like using latin in medicine or english on programming, but things like everyday chat or subjects with their own terms just annoys me a lot. Where I live, in Italy, is like a damn habit for people that prefer being witty and open-minded just for hiding their filthy ignorance of italian (I'm not a master, but please how much are you dumb?), as well on internet videos. I also have a parent in my family that drops english words in its sentences most of the time because they're "quicker and elegant" and "both languages are the same" (also a bit of anti-nation, but is something common in these years), but these people still sounds like pretentious douchebags that should read a damn dictionary on the internet if they have any damn doubt about it, before taking in consideration the idea of throwing the blocks called "Garzanti" and "Treccani" on their useless skulls. :x

People that saying that you have issues if you do not like something
In cases of people that confuse between "liking something" between "criticism" or imposed taste, that is given and better so if everyone offer some points of the table and shares their own experience, to enhanche everyone's insight.
But when something is just expressing its genuine disliking, or simple unamusement, of something while being neutral and cool about it, people start to say that you "don't get it" ; "too much for you" ; "you have isssues, go to a shrink" and other crap they launch. I even have a family members that says something similiar when I express a disliking of something in a spiteful manner (is unpleasant I know, but when something irrates me, that thing is unrredemable until news), because "you're limiting yourself".
To all these people:
Spoiler
GO SCREW AN INDUSTRIAL PILE DRIVER UP YOUR HOLES, MORONIC VERMINS!!
Usually, this happens when I talk of topics like art, but mostly entertaiment (e.g. you liked that videogame; that show; that move; whatever it was), so the bets aren't that high like politics or things of crucial importance. The worst thing that vould happen is finding a poor product or having the feeling of having wasted your time in the void (or worst, money), but these people treats you like you have some alimentary issues, being jobless or invested everything you own in stock market (they should go to a shrink instead).
I may not be totally open minded and I tend to be irritable on trivial things, but I know what I want (and seek that) and If something doesn't amuse me or bore me, I'll rather stare nothing and let my overloaded brain to rest than doing that like if its a job or a duty (at least I'd get money out of it), simple as that.
Sorry for the rant, but this big rock pounded my chest way too long that it should.

Pondering the outside of the nation, or a specific nation, like the best place in the planet. 100% guarantees
Some places have better benefits and more decency than others, but is so naive and childish thinking that a certain place is some sort of Eden than the place you're living.
I'm not against self-improvement of a situation and not a blind nationalist, especially if there are no other choice than leaving your country for a better (or just different) life and you can do so, but is somewhat sad that weak national politics and wild globalizations are causing such messes and dooming the weaker nations to become empty ruins.
In Italy, is such a damn issue despite being a concrete thing (we have along history of being immigrants), but there are people (some of them in my family, what a coincidence) that talks about nations like USA or Japan, going on an on about how much they're the best places and how they damn apparatus works lovely withouth knowing that, just like us, has lots of issues in various fronts, well managed or not. I give props to critical minds that knows the nation in its various spectrum and has the bravery to went there, withouth nothing to lose, and dealing with their new lives to their best, untill they got kicked out for "reasons".
But these former douchebags should have a damn reality check on their conditions and the envoirement before thinking about their future and choosing to leave their nations (unless they tried every options and have to leave).

Videos, files or whatever removed from the web because copyrights or closed server
Is obnooxius if you don't have lots of space and you don't want to spend money for backups. I'm very selective about files and videos, but is really annoying when you don't find that anymore and you lost that thing or have a change of heart and want that.
I lost many files and erotic contenents because of this issue, as its really hard to find something on the web, unless you go in those obscure servers or use clients for P2P. But those require some study and precautions, something that I'm not willing to invest time on at the moment.

Shades of anti-nationalism perhaps, which is common in recent years. However, these people sound like pretentious douchebags that should read a damn online dictionary if they have the slightest doubt about their own language..
I'm slightly bored and felt like doing some localisation, so I fixed that for you.. I hope some meaning wasn't lost in translation.

"how much are you dumb?" really made me laugh

Ha! Speaking of elegance, I bumped into an old English friend on the street a few months back and she opened with "Bonjour mon ami! Cava?" etc etc.. on and on..
She then followed up with. "Oh sorry I forgot you don't speak French!"
Who me? The guy who's never lived abroad? And shown no demonstrable interest in the French language?
No shit.. bloody showoff.
