I dare to say that if you don't own or know the PCBs, these are quite good ports. They might be less accurate than other 360 Cave ports, but the fact alone that they have proper low-res graphics makes me appreciate these a lot more than other hi-res only ports.

Yeah the ports are pretty good. I own the port just for the Pink Sweets Arrange mode as I own both the PCBs.

On an flat panel tv/monitor in yoko: If you don't zoom the picture in the screen settings, and turn the smoothing off, the games will look good (kind of non-filtered emulator, but not too sharp).
If you're lucky your TV features its own overscan/zoom settings to help make the picture fill a bit more space.
Even better a DVDO scaler will hep resize it to a perfect fit.
The reason for this is that the in-game zoom option sucks, only creating obnoxious scaling artifacts, and the smoothing option to hide those is much too strong/blurry.
Very much like the Guwange port, you have to go raw/bare and use your display's overscan and sharpness settings instead (or a DVDO).
You can display both games in tate, either in 'normal' (4:3) or 'widescreen' (16:9), but that's something you set on the starting screen (w/ the post signs) then with each game individually.
Looking quite good with the 360 set to 640x480 output.
That's it, the original games ports may have their share of differences with the arcade boards, but as many people who suck at those I play the Arrange versions anyway. :p
Pork Arrange is a lot of fun, Matsuri is meh but I haven't played it much actually, and Sweets Arrange is great too of course, an entirely different game.
I'm still disappointed they didn't include an original Sweets revision with the infinite lives trick though.

Re: Muchi Muchi Pork! & Pink Sweets for XBOX 360 , good Port
I now own all the xbox360 region free Cave games and I must say that MMP/PinkSweets was the least impressive of the bunch. I haven't played any of the PCBs, so I can't speak to the "accuracy" of the ports. My complaint about MMP/PS is its lack of an HD version of the game. So, as where Mushesemihara Futari 1.5 offers a choice of XBOX360 mode (for High Definition) and Arcade Mode (original resolution), MMP/PS offers only the arcade mode with the original resolutions. Futari also had very cool advanced settings for graphics allowing you to add effects and fine-tune the video; the Mushi Muchi/Pink Sweets port does not have such a feature. So, all-in-all, I would just say that the game doesn't look great on an LCD HDTV.
So there's what I know. But now I have a related question; might as well ask it right here in this same thread.
Question: Will the aforementioned ports look better if I switched TVs and hooked my Xbox360 up to my "old-fasioned" Toshiba? And which type of connection cables would be best for this. (The older Tv has slots for Component (red green blue) and S-video.)

given the choice I'd always opt for the arcade graphics. That's the reason why I really dislike most of the later ports which only offer the updated HD graphics. So, as where Mushesemihara Futari 1.5 offers a choice of XBOX360 mode (for High Definition) and Arcade Mode (original resolution),

I think it looks good if you have the right setup. I use the VGA cables with an slg. Looks great IMO.
