For the record skips is the one who started all this sh#t. I sent skips an e-mail asking to discuss what was up which he completely ignored for the sake of making this mess happen. Which continued for years. Excuse me for not believing skips actually wanted to end anything, but everything he's done shows he has no interest in that. For someone who boasts about how much he rolls with the punches skips really acts like a huge baby whenever I publicly post the truth about him.

The first post in that modern messy mod thread says something like "famous drakon examples" and then you posted a lot of out-dated pictures of my work. Like I said, I wouldn't be making a big deal out of this stuff if I didn't still receive stupid messages based on those even up until today.

Where are the un-outdated pictures of your work?

Those superfx commission pictures that I posted repeatedly in here. Which everyone ignores. They don't have excessive hot glue, yet all the comments I still receive are about that.

That's 1 picture of a cartridge mod. That isn't going to absolve or change anyone's opinion after seeing 30 pictures of various console mods.

I'm asking that people remove pictures and videos of my work that were taken without my permission. Because of the fact that they're way out of date and they confuse new people into thinking that's what my current work looks like. If they were still relevant then I wouldn't complain but they no longer are. I also want people to stop saying that myself or anyone else is beyond reasonable constructive criticism. This is what will stop ignorant comments and lead to more helpful suggestions.

You really should be out posting your projects and participating if you have improved as much as you say you have. People will always throw the occasional jab however if you would only stop whining and go show that you can actually do good work you will have their respect as well. As mentioned before it is on YOU to prove the masses wrong at this point. Get out there and produce and participate and eventually people may have respect for you as a modder once more.

I don't want to earn respect back. I don't want to be a part of a community that thinks public shaming is a good idea. I just want ignorant, time wasting comments to stop. I just want to change things so the comments I receive are actually useful, relevant and not full of ignorance and made by strangers just looking for someone to be angry at.

I'd post it, people would want more, it would be an endless cycle. If I believed it wouldn't be a waste of time then of course I'd do it. Unfortunately I've seen how little people actually care about being fair and realistic.

Voultar's point is that that is only ONE thing. See my last post. You need to keep at it, posting pictures as you go. You are the sculptor of your bad reputation, it is up to you to reshape it into something good. You do this by producing work and participating. In time, if you are actually showing that your work is continuously better than it was. Slowly you will gain the respect of others by doing this. What you are doing in this thread wont rebuild your reputation or garner the respect of your peers. You need to go forth and prove yourself to the world.

I seriously can't put it any nicer than this Drakon. You wanted constructive criticism, both Voultar and I have given it to you.

P.S. If you would actually stop with this nonsense and just rejoin the community, showing that you have indeed changed you would get no qualms from me. Its on you to make this happen, not me or the rest of the community. It takes time, patience, and hard work. If you start now and keep at it I can see people accepting and conversing with you again without issues.

That is the thing Drakon, you need to PROVE that you are a different person. If you have indeed changed show that. People will stop badgering you and will respect you if you actually work at rebuilding your reputation. I am sorry that people are bothering you elsewhere, I can not control people's actions and it sucks they are bothering you at a personal level. If it is that bad do what I did and change your e-mail. If your answer to everything that has happened is your comments in this thread people will never respect you. You need to go out and show you arent that person by actually doing good work and treating others well (and customers correctly).

If you aren't willing to bury the hatchet and resolve these issues, both internally and externally. Things will never get better for you, period. I don't know how else to put that to you. Just because you say "However now that's not what I'm like." doesn't make it fact. You have to provide something to corroborate that. This is what you're failing to do.

The point is you need to prove you are not like that and a couple pictures of SNES reproductions is not going to do that. You need to rebuild your reputation as I mentioned earlier.

Drakon, it has everything to do with merit. Look at the video evidence, look at the pictures, look at the customer testimonials. People don't prefer to hate.

Jason didn't post the videos of your modwork because he hated you. Those were paying customers that had to be sorted. It was a public service announcement. It wasn't to steal your business. Jason doesn't operate that way..

If you're unwilling to rebuild your reputation and foster good relationships with people in the modding community, then you don't have a leg to stand on, period.

You expect it to be given to you.
