Anyone know where I might find a new replacement power supply for my egret 29? It uses molex connections that don't seem to be common on these. The part number, etx951c5j , doesn't turn up much, just one supplier in Taiwan that doesn't actually have it.
Thanks

You probably won't be able to find a new one for something that old. I know the Egret 2 PSUs are kind of unique and have Taito branding on them.
Why not just rebuild your power supply instead? Usually replacing all of the capacitors will make it good as new. If that doesn't work, replace all of the ICs and transistors as well.

Thanks for that suggestion. I contacted the shop that just serviced my chassis to see if they can do this.
They did such a great job that I can now see this noise. I know it's the power supply because a signal that is not powered by it looks fine. That and it changes with voltage level.
