Where can I buy 4164 DRAM (Commodore 64 RAM Replacement)?

Anyone knows where I can still buy this? My C64 produced an Out of Memory Error

I found a shop in Germany (hinkel-elektronik.de) but they have a minimum order value of 20 Euros and charge 20 Euros for shipping so that would sum up to 40 Euros which is rather high for a couple of old chips.

Can it be used as a replacement though? I'm asking because it says -P2 after the number, is it the same?

OK, seems like ebay is the place to find it, just found some more auctions.
I tried yesterday but didn't find any useful listings, maybe because I was using the mobile app.

You can also use 41256 DRAMs if you connect pin 1 to pin 16, which ensures that the extra address line of the bigger chip does not float randomly.

EDIT: I just noticed that your profile says that you're from Austria - in this case ordering from Pollin is probably an option for you, they have GM71256 chips (item no. 101 047) for 40 cents each which are suitable for use in a C64 (pin 1 and 16 connected). Just make sure to order more than you need, in case you receive a dud one.
